A fantastic service provided by Jodie, chris and the whole of the snowy vets team. BamBam had her teeth cleaned and polished by Chris today and had superb communication throughout, from the minute we were welcomed into the practice with a smile we knew she was in good hands. First visit to Snowy vets with our new puppy and I will remain a loyal client.  The vet was so kind and caring, taking time to listen to my concerns and reassured me.  Immaculate new premises, easy to find and park straight outside.  Vet even explained when she has her next booster he likes to give them a licky mat to distract - never had that before at any previous vets I’ve visited. Had my first visit to snowy vets and was a lovely experience. Was greeted but a really friendly warm receptionist, who was very helpful, and then saw Chris who was so kind and helpful in sorting out an animal health certificate for us. Gave me all the information I needed and just generally covered everything. The place itself was so clean and fresh and air conditioned, had such a lovely feel to it. Consistently excellent safe care. My Tommy Boy gets this everytime he is seen by Dr. Chris. So pleased to have found Dr. Chris in Snowy Vet, have followed from another vet he used to practise in. We're old customers. He's not only highly recommended by me, but by all pet owners and staff in the other vet.  I recall chatting to someone sitted next to me in my previous vet, who travels quite a distance for her pet to be seen only by Dr. Chris.  My tortoise is so dearly loved at home. By providing my tortoise sincere,  competent, specialised,  experienced,  expert care when visiting his vet,  it gives me peace of mind to know he's in good hands. I'm an NHS staff who works in a lab with strict quality controls on all areas.  I'm an active PETA member,  who also donates to the RSPCA and Tortoise protection group regularly. I feel,  I have a responsibility to share this knowledge and not be content to just ensure my pet gets the best care, or be selfish to worry about not being able to park if pet owners find out Dr. Chris is back in town! Lol.  All animals deserve to be loved. Pet owners should ensure their pets are treated and seen by the best vets like Snowy vet. The  vet centre is also tastefully decorated. The vet ambiance is friendly, attentive and respectful. Facility was spotless. A reflection of the entire vet centre team being the cream of the crop when it comes to delivering excellent vet care.
